McCLINTOCK also ran and fin ished fast. SIR GILES ran in closest pursuit to the stretch and tired in the last furlong. DM CESARION had no mishaps. .MADAM PHELPS was off badly and made up ground. VILEY, showing the most early speed, made the pace to the stretch and tired in the last furlong. LURE suffered from in-W-rferenco and closed a big gap.
