KENTUCKY STALLIONS STANDING IN VIRGINIA New York. November 0. Henry T. Oxnard is much pleased with King James, which he purchased recently from S. C. Hlldreth. The winner of the Brooklyn Handicap arrived at the Blue Ridge Stud in Virginia in excellent health and Mr. Oxnard will busy himself this winter selecting mares of the right crosoos to mate with the great son of Plaudit Unsightly next spring. Fayette, another good horse bred at - John E. Maddens Hamburg Place, is Btandlng at Blue Ridge. He made his first season in the stud last spring, having been mated with sit marcs owned by Mr. Oxnard.
