ANSWERS TO QUERIES. Communications without names and addresses will not be noticed nor answered. No answers will be sent by mall and none by wire unless reply prepayment is made at time of wiring query. II. F. M., Buffalo, N. Y. A time bet on Hudas Sister in race 99933 made at 2:30 p. m., was in time if the limit included time at post, otherwise it was a draw. I. OB. and J. B.. Chicago. In the case of race 99933, where Meddling Hannah, Hidden Hand and ltosamo each closed at 2 to 1, even and 2 to 5, there was no clear cut first "choice in the betting, the three being equal and joint favorites. Necessarily a wager on the favorite, with no horse named, would be a draw. P. M. It., Detroit, Mich. The cases are different. Your wager last April was on a race at Pensaeola not Tampa, and in that case the races were declared off, whereas the races set for December 22 at Columbia were not declared off, but were postponed to the next day with entries to stand.
