HILLCREST PLUNGES GO WRONG Toronto Ont August 25 Racing at Hillcrest Park today was marked by plunges on several horses that failed to reward their backers The first seven races were run over a drying out track but as the horses were going to the post in the eighth race a downpour of rain came that made it im ¬ possible to distinguish the colors of the horses across the track trackH H L Fitzgerald and Walter Oarr arrived Iiori this morning from Montreal with eight horses in ¬ cluding Fundamental which was taken away froirt them by the claiming process and regained in the same way Jockey Russell the leading rider at King Edward accompanied the stable
