MUTUELS FOR LAUREL NEXT YEAR. Baltimore, Md., November 3. The management of the Laurel race track will install parl-mutuel nincliliics in the betting ring before next springs mooting. One reason for the change is that the revenue of the track will be increased and another is that Governor Goldsborougb objects to look-iiiaklug. So the Laurel managers, with the Idea of "getting In right" with the powers that be. have nnomiced that next spring the "Iron men" will receive the money instead of the liookmakers. The Laurel track had a profitable meeting this fall the best in its history.
