COMMISSION PREPARING TO REPORT. Lexington, Ky., December 1C. The Kentucky State Racing Commission will meet here next Tuesday to pass finally and definitely upon its biennial report to the Legislature, which meets In January. The report Is being prepared by Secretary J. P. Johnston from the minutes of the meetings held during the past two years and from notes and suggestions furnished by the members of the commission. T. L. Pearce this morning worked the yearling filly by Marta Santa Aida Dunn an eighth of a mile in 12 seconds over the Kentucky Association track. Pearce has turned out W. II. Laudemans good yearling colt by Peep oDay Barbara Whitlug for about six weeks. "Chick" Dwyer of Brooklyn, foreman for Pearce, was operated upon today for appendicitis.
