JUST RED IN GOOD FORM G. B. MORELANDS HORSE WINS FEATURE OF SUNDAY CARD AT JUAREZ. Kelley and Delaney Carry Through Betting Coup with Ceos and Also Win a Purse with Nannio McDee Yearlings at Juarez, El Paso, Tex., December 21. A cold, chilly wind blew throughout the afternoon, but the Sunday patronage at Juarez was as large as usual. Secretary Jasper provided a good card and the two handicaps wens closely contested, each finding the winner driving hard at the finish. Just Red was again returned a winner in the Santiago Handicap, seven furlongs. Parlor Boy, favorite for the second race, met with more interference than any other horse during this meeting. He was shut olf every time lie attempted to get through. Pay Streak, coining rrom the rear, captured the purse. The biggest plunge of the day occurred In the fifth when Ceos, running iu the colors of Kelley and De fauey, was backed down front 15 to 1 to G to 1. The same owners won the final race of the day with Nannie McDee, which was the only favorite to score. The winners were all so heavily backed that the layers lost on the days operations. Jockey Groth resorted to rough riding iu the I second race and the stewards suspended 111 111 for five dajs for cutting olf Parlor Boy. Upwards of one hundred yearlings are occupying stalls at Juarez and most of them are ready to engage in the early two-year-old racing of 1014 at that course. Collectively they are regarded as the best lot ever gathered here and close observers will lie disappointed if several stars are not developed from among them.
