MORRISTOWN AND MERRICK MAINSTAY OF MILAM STABLE f 4 In stable winnings this year J. C. Milam fell slightly behind his record of 1012, when his horses won a total of 0,715. But. his racing material considered, lie probably achieved results up to his expectations. His best contributor this year was the fast Marta Santa four-year-old, Morristown, but the veteran sprinter, .Ucrrlck, gave some quite remarkable exhibitions of well-preserved speed for a horse of his age and hardlv seems to know how to relinquish the habit of winning. A couple of his two-year-olds, Maud B. L. anil Leo Skolny, paid their way in good style and, being by Star Ruby, should show improvement as three-year-olds, if no accident occurs to them.
