RECORD BREAKING A POSSIBILITY. The way the horses are running at Juarez a new American mile record would seem to be a certainty for 1913, if only Secretary Jasper has Inren considerate enough of the demands of the situation to provide a mile dash that will entice the best horses at the track into competition. It seems sure that the present mile record will be wiped out there this winter and it would be pleasing to have it come off on one of the few remaining December days.
