FOOL FORTUNE got through next to the rail on the stretch turn, gamely stood a drive and won going away. GENERAL AVARREN closed a gap and stood punishment gamely, but could not overhaul the winner. STEAESTA was carried wide when entering the stretch by AUNTIE CURL and made a fast finish. ADA KENNEDAY was forced back on the last turn and made up ground In the stretch. ROUND UP was a contender to the last eighth. AUNTIE CURL quit after setting a fast early pace. NIFTY set a fast pace from the start and finished resolutely, but tiring. LADY RILLIE closed a big gap and finished with a rush. ZENOTEK showed early speed and this race should improve her.
