IMPORTANT DEAL PENDING IN DENVER. Denver, Col., February 26. It was reported today that the sale of Overland Park to W. A. Ready, of Vancouver, B. C, and associates has practically been consummated. It is tentatively announced .that plans are under way for a thoroughbred meeting of twenty-two days duration at this track this spring if the deal goes through.
