EXODUS FROM JUAREZ IS ON. El Paso, Tex., March 24. The shipment of horses from Juarez to other racing centers began tQday. The big stable of Jefferson Livingston occupied two r express cars that left this morning for Kentucky. This afternoon Eugene Elrods special train departed, for the same destination. It carried about. a dozen carloads of korses, and numerous owners, jockeys and followers of the sport. Tomorrow .will bring the departure of a special train carrying the horses, owners, trainers and jockeys who will participate in the proposed meeting at Tulsa, Okla
