NOTES OF THE TURF. P. T. Chinn has returned to Kentucky from Juarez. Izzy Ham, who- hooked at Juarez, has returned to New York. J. C. Louder, a well known Oklahoma owner and trainer, has retired as such, and accepted the super-Intcndency of the Tulsa Pair and Racing Associations track. It transpires that Dr. R. II. MacKenzIe, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was in reality the owner of Cosgrove, Kenneth and Balgee. when those horses raced in the name of W. C. Clancy. Trainer James Boden will get the horses owned by D. Raymond or Montreal ready at Washington this spring. The Raymond stable includes several two-year-olds as well as the Flying Fox horse, Mataunint.
