LAST YEARLING SALE OF 1914. What will likely prove the last sale of yearlings of 1914 will be held at the Latonia race track on October 20 and 27. It will contain about eighty head of vearlings, including the product of such breeders as J. D. Carr, O. II. Chenault, Milton Young. Thos. Piatt. F. A. Forsythe. A. J. Gorev, J. L. Holland, J. B. Respess. C. C. Iatrick. W. Showalter. Stone and Rucker, F. E. Booth, August Belmont and others. Needless to say some of the greatest sires in the world are represented by their get and many brothers and sisters to celebrated horses will be included in the catalog. As the sale will be conducted on two days and there are only about eighty yearlings included, the Kentucky Sales Co. has decided to till out the second day with horses in training. Those, washing to disiose of this class , could not "find a 4oftbr .time or place and, if they will send their data to the above company at Lexington, catalog space will be insured. There will likely be owners who will want something for winter racing and this should prove a good time to offer a few likely horses ready to go for the money.
