MEELICKA. was a forward contender all the way and ran a good race. UNCLE BRYN closed a big gap and made a fast finish. MARVELOUS quit under punishment after racing forwardly to the stretch. BESOM set a fast pace and. being much used in racing witli LADY LIGHTNING, also tired iu the stretch drive. KEWESSA began slowly and was ou the outside al the way. WATER LILY finished fast. LADY LIGHTNING ran well to the stretch. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. HOLTON moved up with a rush on the turn out of the backstreteh, but tired after getting to the winners head in the homestretch. GER-K ARD raced in closest pursuit 10 the sretch and made a resolute finish. DR. DUENNER ran fairly well. GOLDY and PATON ran bad races and both can do much better.
