PRICE McKINNEY HAS A PARTNER. F.l Paso, Tex., November 9. Price McKinney, of Cleveland, ., who arrived here last week on his way to Chihuahua, where he has extensive mining interests, announced that James Corrigan, also of Cleveland, is interested with him in the ownership of the AAickliffe Stud, which he established at Lexington, .Ivy., following the purchase, of a great quantity of choice breeding stock at the James 11. Keene dispersal sale in 191:!. It will be at Juarez that the colors of this new racing partnership will be first seen the coming whiter. The stable will consist of four coming two-year-olds and the three-year-old Ghetto Girl. The latter has shown up promisingly in training. W C. Clancy will have, charge of the stable. Messrs. McKinney and Corrigan expect to be here for the opening of the Juarez . winter meeting of one hundred or more days oii : Thanksgiving Day, and are counting on seeing a good deal of the racing that will go on here during the winter. They are both extensively interested financially in the Juarez track and expressed themselves as greatly pleased witii the improvements made during the summer that add so much to the beauty and equipment of the track. A. B. Spreckels, of the Napa Stock Farm, Californias, foremost breeding establishment, has .applied for reservations for stalls for twenty-seven yearlings and three two-year-old that he will ship liere to be .raced the coming winter in charge of . AW Carroll. I.ate arrivals include the stable of A. Aoiland, of Kansas City, in charge of trainer Jack Richardson. In tliis string are the well-known performers. Bing, Doneaster, Upland King and Smuggler. The latter is a two-year-old. while the others are older performers that raced witii success at previous Juarez meetings.
