FAMILY OF RIDERS AND FIGHTERS. Bryan Bletsoe. who won the Grand National on Rubio a few years ago, has been appointed riding orderly to the brigadier of tlie Warwickshire Yeomanry, and left England for the continent. His elder brother, Mr. Morgan Bletsoe. a well-known amateur rider, and his younger brother. Mr. Percy Bletsoe, are in the Northamptonshire Yeomanry. His youngest brother. Mr. Bruce Bletsoe, who has spent most of his life in India, is in King Edwards Light Horse, and the Light Horse has been under orders for France for some days. Tlie only other son of Mr. Bernard Bletsoe. the breeder, owner and trainer of Grudon, the winner of the Grand National, was killed in action in the Boer war in South Africa. Tin: Bletsoes have been farmers in Northamptonshire for nearly 400 years, and no finer sporting, soldiering, hunting or racing family exists. London Sportsman.
