MORE HORSES FOR NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans, November -27. Another of the advance guard of horse owners who will spend a great portion of the winter in New Orleans has arrived. This is H . E. Herold, owner of Consoler, which was second in the Shreveport Derby during the recent meeting, and Free Will. Mr. Herold came in yesterday from Hot Springs, where he has been keeping his horses busy, and brings the glad tidings that between forty und sixty horses will leave Hot Springs for New Or-Jcans immediately. Mr. Herold stated that the fair meeting at Hot Springs was successful, and also that every horseman that he has beard speak of the matter at all welcomed the news that New Orleans is to have racing again, as this is a favorite place with the horsemen from all over the country to spend the winters.
