IMPROVEMENTS AT WINDSOR TRACK Windsor Out April The horses training here will not leave for Toronto till about May ID Only one Kings Plater will go from here but that ono sliould have as good a chance as anything in the race lie is J F Dolans Okemus winner of two races last year in which he beat everything that is conceded let be among the con ¬ tenders for the Guineas Ho has wintered well and though be was slightly lame a few weeks ago after a runaway on the road he is doing all that In wanted of him in the way of work The Windsor track lias been improved by a top dress ¬ ing of sand through the front stretch though It i not at present as fast as it was A new Judges stand and new mutuel building equipped with the latest things in the machine1 line are also among the improvements improvementsNo No Britisii army remounts aro stationed at the track though two hundred acres of the property near by have IKHII surrounded by wire fencing for a depot and horses purchased in the west will IK freshened up there before continuing their journey to tho seaboard seaboardEd Ed Olassco has four horses in training Iavana Marion Gaiety Polo Prince and F E Gaiety the last named a twoyearold All of them but Marion Gaiety are without racing records Owner Dolatr is training Okemus and W C Courtney has Commensia CommensiaAl Al Bailer is training three for James Hendrick rll of the owners breeding They are Sir Arthur Sir James and Kathleen II The last named is a twoyearold by Rotterdam Dynasty Sir James is a fouryearold chestnut gelding by Wm Wright Dynasty and has never raced
