PANAMA REACHING OUT FOR RACING. From Panama, under date of December 26. Daily Racing Form is informed that on December 1, the Panama Jockey Club was incorporated with William T. IfeOocmack as president. L. A. Schroeder and Co . who will handle the finances of the organization, are the informants. It is stated that the g ivernment has granted the Panama Jockey Club a twentv-tive vear franchise, with bookmaking and Mul Benin* privileges, and that the track will be located in the eitv limit- on the exiwsition grounds. It is further stated that *1oo.0i 0 will be spent for track construction, grandstand, stables and Other structures necessary for race-track purpo-e-Material. hoi-cs and supplies are lo be admitted free of duly.
