CALLT0RNIAN RECRUIT TO RACING. Edward Cobrian. a wealthy young San Franciscan, has embarked in breeding and racing on a large scale. He has purchased of Al Joseph the former James R. Keene stallion Von Troop and some tweutv-five well-bred mares. Al Farroll. who formerly trained Bubbling Water. Cloudlight. and the other famous campaigners for Stolen ix; Joseph, has been engaged to train Cebrians string, and expects to bring out some select performers next spring. At present the horses are located at he San Jose track, but it is said that Cobrian is planning to purchase a stock farm and engage in Ihe breed ing industry on u large scale.
