WOULD ABOLISH KENTUCKY BETTING. I.i ingtoii. Ky., January 24. — Representative A. J. Oliver, a republican member from Scottsville, which is in Allen County, where tiny have no race tracks nor race horses, today intrmliteed in the house of representatives of the general assembly at Frankfort a bill to prohibit all fonns of betting on horse races, Including the use of pari-mntuel machines. The bill was referred to a committee.
