IMPERATOR IN VICTORY ONCE MORE. Havana. Cuba. February 15. S. T. Totoas -niint er Imperator scored another victory when he won todays feature at Oriental Park. He ran the best race he has shown all winter, carrying 126 pounds and beating the lightly-weighted Water Lily by a neck. Of his six starts since trainer John Powers took him over, he has won live times and finished second once. J. W. Hedriek was an arrival this morning ami will remain for the ml of the lneeling.
