CONCILIATION PLAN AT NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans. La.. March 21. A peace move-111 it has been Inauguarted within the ranks of the Easiness Mens Racing Association as a re suit of a meeting of the directors last nigh. Members of the directorate who refused to accept compensation for their services outlined a plan to Archibald A. Mar-:. chairman of the stockholders committee today. The peace agreement calls for the directors and officers who voted themselves slices of the "Melon" to return the money and for a twenty per cent dividend to be declared and a ten per cent dividend annually. A representative of the stockholders committee and members of the directorate are to meet in Conference tonight. The business interests of tile city demand that directors and factions of the stockholders quit squabbUng if the sport is to be perpetuated here.
