CONCILIATION PLAN AT NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans. La.. March 21. A peace move-111 it has been Inauguarted within the ranks of the Easiness Mens Racing Association as a re suit of a meeting of the directors last nigh. Members of the directorate who refused to accept compensation for their services outlined a plan to Archibald A. Mar-:. chairman of the stockholders committee today.
