DORVAL S STEEPLECHASE COURSE COMPLETE Montreal. Que.. May 17. Construction work on the new steeplechase course at Dorval was com- J plet"d yesterday. A new idea is being carried out ยป in the building of the jumps. They will be made of willow in plaee of cedar, which has beeaj used by the Other association, for years. The jumps will also lie portable so tiut the? can be n-,1. Which will enable the club to hold flat races on the turf in future meetings. This will 1m the second turf course on the Canadian tracks, the other being at Hamilton. The track is now in splendid condition as shown by the work of the horses already stabled at the course.
