MORE TURF LITIGATION AT NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans. La.. June 6. — The Business Mens Racing Association was again made the target in a suit brought in the civil district court Monday by Fred F. Iage. former auditor, representing himself as a stockholder. Cage prays for judgment against W. Y. Pinekard. the president, for a penalty of 0 per day from May 27. IMS until such time as President PincKard shall furnish Pag.- with r - -quest, -d information as to the amount of the authorised capital stock and the proportion actually out-laudiug of the association to delts ami assets and the names and addresses of all directors and officers. Iage claims that under Act 267 of 1910 lie has the right to exact and demand the above information.
