BOURBON LASS, away fast and showing the most speed, raced under restraint to the stretch turn and drew away to win in a canter. GINGER QUILL raced well and, staying ganielv in the final drive, got up in the last eighth for second place. LITTLE SPIDER ran well, but tired in the last eighth. BESSANTA was running fast at the end. THE BARONESS tired. FEINT was always outpaced. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. Scratched — 20932 Kagura. 102. ELKTON moved into the lead after rounding the first turn and easilv held swav to the end. MARGARET E. raced in cloest pursuit for the entire way and outstayed THE CARMET. The latter made a good effort on the stretch turn and tired in the stretch. NIGEL was going fast at the end. SANSYMING was caught in u jam on the first turn and fell and JOHN W.
