WINDSOR MAY HAVE TRACKS ENOUGH. Buffalo, N. Y., July 15. Tl ins Duggau, who is active in the management of the Mount Royal Park track at .Montreal, and Bernard Hepburn, M. P. for Prince Edward County, are the controlling figures ia a syndicate which has been organized at Montreal for the construction of a third nice track at Windsor. The syndicate has acquired a charter sold by the Counaught Park Jockey Club, which recently was held valid by the courts after considerable litigation, and will build fortwith on a site close to the Konilworth track now under construction. It is proposed to give a meeting in tin; late fall, either preceding or closely following the Kcnilworth meeting. The pari-mutuel system of betting will be employed. Staliling accommodations will lie provided for five hundred horses. A steeplechase course will be one of the features.
