RHYME closed a gap and, -finishing fast and gamely, was going away at the end. BRIGHT AND EARLY sprinted into a long Jead in tin; first qu irter. but tired badly in the stretch drive. LITTLE WONDER ran well, but tired in the last eighth. PRIAATE stumbled and fell on the turn out of the baekstretch. DR. PRATHER finished fast. The winner was entered for 1916.sh00; no bid. EARLY LIGHT forced the early pace and drew away to win easing up after taking the twelfth jump. NEAV HAAEN finished gamely through the last eighth, but could not get up. OLD POP Was off slowly and outrun to the stretch turn, then slipped through next to the rail and, finishing fast, passed the tiring leaders in the last sixteenth. SEA LOUD closed a gap and finished fast and gamely. CORN MtOOM sit a good nace, but tired in the final drive. His weight told on SPLUTTER and he quit in the stretch. RANCHER was messed about all the way and repeatedly cut off when his rider attempted to get him through impossible openings. OBOLUS was a forward contender from the start and, easily passing RENDEL on the far turn, took a clear lead, but tired in the last sixteenth. HENDEL set the early pace, but tired and swerved out on the stretch torn. The others ran poorly. The winner was entered for 00; no bid.
