Young, who is at Saratoga from Kentucky with eleven racers, reports the good racer Bulse is undergoing light training, but will not get to the races this year. "It is seldom a man has such a horse as Bulse under his care." said Mr. Young, "and I intend to proceed with his preparations for racing most carefully.
