HOT SPRINGS RACING DATES CHANGED. Hot Springs, Ark., August 24. The management of Essex Park announced yesterday night that the date for the opening of the fall race meeting had been fixed at November 11, instead of November 4, n change made so that the opening would come after the presidential election. There will be twenty-one days of racing as originally scheduled.
