FOLONIUM, after racing up from the start, finished fast and won going away. LOBELIA set a good pace and was sent along from the start, but tired when the winner challenged. SAVEETKR THAN SUGAR, a slow beginner, dropped back in the first quarter, but finished fast. PRECISE closed a big gap. The winner, entered for 00, was bid up to ,100 arid sold to J. AV. Hedrick. LOHENGRIN close up from the start responded quickly when called on and wearing PRESUMPTION down, got up to win in the final strides. PRESUMPTION was much used in forcing the pace and tired, but finished gamely. LINDA PAY NE set a fairly good pace, but tired and gave way when challenged. SINAI bled. PIERROT closed a gap. The latter went to the front with a rush when entering the homestretch, but tired when challenged. BONDAGE had a rough race and was repeatedly cut off or he might have won.
