R. T. WILSON LEASES A KENTUCKY FARM. Lexington, Ky., October 12. R. T. Wilson arrived here today from NeAV York, to complete the negotiations by which he becomes the lessee for a term of years, of Arch L. Hamiltons Kirklev-ington farm of 500 acres and Avhich he will improve Avith new barns and othenvise. For several years Mr. Hamilton has kept Mr. Wilsons thoroughbreds at so much per head per year, but the breeder and oAvner of Campfire now wants to have the place under his complete control. Mr. Wilson has Olambala and about thirty marcs and twenty Aveanlings uoav on the farm. Christopher J. Fitz Gerald, Avho spent four days here this Aveek Tisiting the breeding farms, this evening returned to New York highly Impressed with Avliat he saAV. W. H. Laudeman, supervisor of pari-mutuel betting on the Kentucky tracks, returned to Cincinnati this afternoon and will resume his duties at Latonia tomorroAV. He Avas ill at home here from Sunday until today.
