HENSHALL RESIGNS CANADIAN POSITIONS. Montreal, Que., October 12. At a meeting of the directors of. the Western Racing Association, which operates Devonshire Park at Windsor, Ont., the resignation of Charles T. Heushall as manager was received and accepted. Mr. Henshall has also resigned as manager of the. Mount Royal track here. He will devote all of his energies to looking after his new racing plant at Havana, Cuba. Plans for the second meeting at Devonshire Park were also discussed. The officials, with one two exceptions, .will be the same: as at the: last meeting.
