STILL HEAVY AT KENIL WORTH PARK. Detroit, Mich., October 10. There was a good attendance at Kenilwortli Park today. The skies were clear and the sun warm but the track conditions were not of the best. The course dried out as the day progressed. There was somu trouble at the track Saturday between the track officials and the immigration authorities regarding the employment of alien labor in the pari-mutuel department. At a conference Saturday night between Messrs. Orpen and Millar of the Kenilwortli track and Messrs. Mitchell and Reynolds of the Canadian immigration department, an agreement was reached whereby the track owners agreed to give employment to fifteen more Canadians. Baby Lvnch, winner of the sixth race Saturday, was claimed for 50 by G. Alexandra. W. W. Walker and F. Hennessy also filed claims for the horse. The feature race today was a handicap at three-quarters, which brought together some of the best sprinters at the track. The winner turned up in Little String, well ridden by A. Claver.
