MRS. KEENES WILL PROBATED. Mineola, L. I., October 27. In her Avill, filed for probate here in the Surrogates Court, Mrs. Sarah J. Keene, Avidow of James R. Keene, disposed of an estate, the estimated value of Avhich is ,000,-000. The entire estate avus originally left in trust to her husband, aa-Iio AAas aliAo at the time the will AA-as made. In the event of his death it provided that it shall be left in two equal shares to her children, Foxhall P. Keene and Mrs. Jessica Taylor. The half left to her son, Foxhall, AA-as bequeathed to him outright, AVliile the half left to her daughter Avas to be held in trust. This share Avas also conditioned to provide for the remarriage of her daughter, AAho, in 1911, Avas a AA-idow. After her daughters remarraige a fund was to be taken from the trust for the education of her children. The then Mrs. Jessica Taylor is noAV Mrs. Jessica Frost. An income from a trust fund Avas left to Mrs. Keenes brother, Foxhall Daingerfield, of Lexington, Ky. i
