RACING IS POPULAR AT HAVANA. Havana, Cuba, December 10. The largest crowd that ever attended the raees at Oriental Park was on hand today, the grandstand being completely filled. Liberator showed that his defeat of J. J. LIHis last Wednesday was no fluke, as he came back today and won as his rider pleased. The second accident of the local season happened in the first race when Jockey Andreas, on Quin, was thrown at the quarter post, when the horse stumbled. Andress was slightly cut on the head. Juaquln, winner of the fifth race, caused great excitenient. among the spectators when he paid .10.80 for two dollars in the mutuels. The next racing day will be on Thursday.
