FRIGERIO DIES AT CHARLESTON. Winner of Seven Races in Eleven Starts This Year Insured for 0,000. Lexington, Ky., December 15. E. R. Bradley has received a telegram from trainer Cliff Hainmon at C barleston, S. C, announcing the death there this looming of the good two-year-old chestnut colt i rlgerio. Death was due to sickness contracted in shipping from Lexington to Charleston, December 4. 1 rigerio was insured for 10,000. He was by Marathon Grace Commoner, dam of Daylight, Jeff Roberts and Washoe Belle, and was inirchased jjy K. It. Bradley from G rover and Hundley Daker last fall for the reported price of .,250. He was only twice out of the money in eleven starts this year, having won seven of his races, finishing second in the other two. It. L. Daker left yesterday for New Orleans with a racing stable consisting of Pif Jr., Fair Orient, J. O. Stone, Doctor Carmen, Marklaud, McAdoo and Manioc. Mr. Baker had also iu his car the two-year-old Madlyn, by Magazine French Nun, belonging to Ross and Looney, and Frisky and Rose Marion, the property of C. W. Clark, to be trained by John Lowe. Will Woodward left here yesterday for New Orleans with Opportunity and three yearlings, two of them the property of James McLellnnd and the other belonging to Charles Rowe. Jockey W. Hoag, who will ride for Woodward, is now at New Orleans. J. C. Milam today bought these two weanlings from R. L. Baker: Chestnut colt by Plaudit Anna Hastings, and brown colt by Plaudit Leiitilla.
