TIJUANA SELLING STAKES TODAY. Scarlet Oaks the Probable Favorite Dorothy Dean Winner of the Handicap Yesterday. Tijuana, Mex., December 15. Dorothy Dean had little trouble winning the Quarry Siding Handicap here today. The mare soon forged to the front, showed the most speed and made every post a winning one.
