" t : f ! CASE OF AN OWNER BEING TWICE WEU, SERVED BY DIFFER- ENT HORSES OF THE SAME NAME A : , In Bondage James Arthur possesses a two-year-old of more than average excellence. There is a bit of sentiment connected with his name, for a dozen years back when racing flourished in Chicago this same "Jim" Arthur owned another horse of the same name, which won many races for him, among them the Harlem National Handicap of 1901. which netted him the handsome sum of 1,835. Some of the present Bondages races even suggest that lie may rank among the best three-year-olds of 1517. Any two-year-old capable of defeating such older horses as Bayberry Candle. Hauberk and other proved campaigners at a mile or more is not to be overlooked anywhere. The speedy mare Water Lady was another good contributor to the prosperity of the Arthur stable and its quite enviable record for 1915 is: Horse. Col. and Sex. A. Pedigree. 1st. 2d. 3d. Won.
