BILL PREPARED FOR LEGISLATURE. California State School Fund to Profit if Pari-Mutuels Are Legalized San Francisco, Jan. 3. — Pacing will be revived under a state commission of three members, and the pari-mutucl system of betting will be legalized, if a bill prepared to-day by leading horsemen passes Ihe legislature at its coming session. The bill provides for the use by the state school fund of a percentage of the wmwissioub derived from the sport.
