INCLEMENT WEATHER AT TIJUANA. Heavy Rain Changes Track Conditions — Sundays Stake Race Postponed. Tijuana. Mex.. January 13. — Heavy rains of Friday night left the track a sea of mud today. The chatty weather and intermittent showers have eaaaed president Coffroth to postpone the Baa Diego Business Mens Handicap which was scheduled for decision tomorrow. Race track specials from San Francisco and Los i.geles were scheduled hero and the general influence of local business men to wait for a better ciay caused him to take this action early this no ruing. The ,500 stake will be run on next Sunday. Diniitri was uncovered here today in the nature of a good thing when he won the Costa Handicap. The horse- was well backed and he won comparatively easily. Custom House finished second. G. W. Billemiaji sent another long shot to the post, when Lady I.e-ona won the third race. The filly only cantered throughout to win. Jurisdiction, the outsider, won the second race and Santiago White was successful in the first. Jockey Joe Rooney was an arrival here today, ■I ill lea, from Juarez. Robert Edgren. the well-known New Yorker was also a visitor. Edgren is stopping in Coronado. G. Alexandra claimed Lady Leona. The two-year-olds in C. W.
