January 21. — Todays program at Oriental Park was the best offered by the Cuba-Ame-rican Jockey Club this wintir. Besides the handicap at a mile and a sixteenth, a sprint race at three-quarters was offered as an additional feature, with purses of 1917.sh00 and 00 added to these- races.
