LUCIEN LYNE TO RIDE FOR KING OF SPAIN. Lexington. Ky.. January 28.— Lucien Lyne. who has been out ot the saddle since the close of racing in Pelgium and Franco on account of the war. today responded to a cablegram asking for his weight and terms to ride for the King of Spain. Phil X. Chinu, who recently returned from England, where he bought a number of thoroughbreds, left tonight for the east.
