JUAREZ CLOSES FOR THE SEASON. El Iaso. Tex.. February 21. — Horse owners, who had arranged three days a week of racing at the Juarez, track, quit l.i-t Tuesday. About 9,000 was f.st owing to unsettled conditions across the border. The purses during; the supplemental meeting amounted to little.
