Celorina has proved an extraordinarily successful brood mare in the Argentine. Colerina. by Goldfinch -Cariss-ima. was bred in the Halted States jn ]s!»7 and exported to Knglnnd in 1n9s for Simpson .lay. She wiiii a race or two. and was put to the stud in 1900. Next year she had a colt by Obcron. and she was exported thai WT year to Huenos Airus. where Ignacio Correas bought her. Since then she has bred a continuous MKCCaaiaa of ically high-class winners. Though foaled in the Halted States, Colerina has only one dash of American blood in bar through Kingfisher, her grandam being Camilla, by King Tom. She is a good-looking, blood-like male with much of Goldfinchs character.
