HAIL COLUMBIA SCORES AT HAVANA. Half-Brother to He Will Looms Up Promisingly — Jockey Kloeger Rides Two Winners. Havana. Cuba. February 28. — J. V. Dangle won another pane at Oriental Park this afternoon, when Hail Columbia wis an easy winner in the lliiril race. lb- won with his ears pricked and 1 pel.- like a colt hat is ju-t beginning to round to. The winner is a half brother to the good horse He Will. Despite the heavy rains of yesterday, the track was in excellent condition and good time was made in the different races. Jockey Kloeger rode two winners. Oeviltiy and Hail Columbia. Clauaginty was much the best ol those that opposed him in the sixth race and would have won but for a mishap -n the turn out of the backstretck where he w..s sharply cut off and hmrkrd back. He was beaten only a nose by Regular in a driving finish. Among the arrivals were William Hares, the well-known kandlcappjer, Charlie Odell from Savannah and W. C. Suiiimerville of Fort Erie. Canada. U. V. Haymaker claimed Ka_v oLight from J. J. Met af forty after he was beaten in tiie sixth race yesterday.
