Cruces and Ponce de Leon fought out the finish and the former prevailed in the last sixteenth. Owner A. C. Donahue, jockey Cavanaugh and the horse Bandmaster have been suspended on account of the improved race run by Headmaster today. Jockey Harrington has been restored to good standing and permitted to accept mounts. P. J.
