WILL RECOMMEND CLAIMING RULE. Lexington. Ky.. March 17.— A majority of the board ef director of the Thoroughbred Horse Association, it was determined at a meeting this afternoon, are in favor of the claiming nil- t,. govern silling races on Kentucky tracks and will so recommend to the State Racing Commission at its meeting next Tuesday. The rule, favored by the majority of seven directors present, is virtually the same as that in vogue at Havana, which exception that the claimant shall be required to keep a horse sixty days instead of thirty and that claiming shall lie limited to persons inning horses in the race. Messrs. Hal Price Headley. Milton Young. F. A. Persy the and A. B. Baacock will present tlie ivc-uuiuicudatiou.
