WILL RECOMMEND CLAIMING RULE. Lexington. Ky.. The rule, favored by the majority of seven directors present, is virtually the same as that in vogue at Havana, which exception that the claimant shall be required to keep a horse sixty days instead of thirty and that claiming shall lie limited to persons inning horses in the race.
