BELMONT PARK STAKE DATES CHANGED. Now York, March 30. Some changes have been made in the schedule of the running of the stakes at Helmont Park. The Suburban will be run on Saturday. June t, instead of June 2, and the Withers will be decided Juno 2 instead of June J». The Ladies Stakes has boon put over from June 0 to June 7. These changes were made at the suggestion of W . S. Vo-biirgh. the official haudioapi«T. who was of the opinion that the Metropolitan. Toboggan and Suburb in handicaps won- scbedaied too closely together, and that this might be detrimental to the field which should start in the Suburban. It was also thought that to run the Suburban in conflict with tin- second day at Piping Back might n d meet with the approval of patrons of racing. At the meeting of the Hatted Hunts Racing Association, lnhl yesterday, the program for the two days sport on May 12 and May 19. at Helmont lark Terminal, was arranged. Two new niemlH-rs. Cordon Me.Miist-r and Kufus C. Finch. were oloeted. It was also decided there should be no more charges for schooling horses over the jumps.
